My master's thesis, titled "Design of Sylhet City as a Sponge City to Control Flood Water," was recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. This research was awarded the prestigious National Science and Technology Fellowship. The study focused on innovative solutions to urban flooding through the integration of sponge city principles, utilizing advanced methodologies such as remote sensing and machine learning. It aimed to develop sustainable urban infrastructures that enhance resilience against flood risks while promoting ecological balance in urban environments.
Certifications
I am a strong proponent of problem-solving-based learning, which allows me to engage with challenges directly and discover optimal solutions. For instance, I approach learning programming languages through a problem-solving basis, tackling scenarios in real-world cases that enhance my understanding. Therefore, I have pursued a few certification courses; my primary focus is on experiential learning, drawing knowledge from a variety of versatile sources. This approach not only enriches my skill set but also deepens my comprehension of complex concepts in practical contexts.
